What We Have Cooked / Our Recommendations:  We can't say enough about how easy and delicious Bailey's Instant Pot Beef & Broccoli is - we've even watched a 14-year old make it easily for dinner!  We also really like her Slow Cooker Egg Bake with Bacon and Hash Browns for an easy breakfast or 'anytime' meal!

Experiencing all-over body aches was unfortunately nothing new, but when sharp chest-pains began, Bailey Fischer decided that she had to make a serious lifestyle change and figure out a way to reverse the damage she had done to her 22-year old self by unhealthy eating and too-little physical movement.  She started off by following the Whole30 plan for a month, and noticed a rapid improvement in her energy levels, sleep quality, mood, and the way her clothes fit.  Deciding to keep on following the basic Paleo method of eating, she took her nurses training and researched everything she could about the Paleo lifestyle, and began following and learning as much as she could, all the while blogging her questions, experiments, results, and recipes.  Her blog The Whole Kitchen Sink eventually became so popular that she received an offer to create a cookbook, and she spent months and months testing recipes centered around Paleo meals created in a slow-cooker.......and Slow Cooked Paleo was published in 2019.  Her blog is packed full of a multitude of recipes, all 'tagged' into categories such as Whole30/Paleo/Dairy-Free/Gluten-Free/30-Minute/etc.  She also offers up a number of helpful substitutions for many recipes, along with information on where to readily find ingredients for anyone who is unsure of where to find an item they might be unfamiliar with.
