Milk Street: Tuesday Nights

What We Have Cooked / Our Recommendations:  We give Christopher Kimball's White Balsamic and Tarragon Chicken five stars, and found that even picky smaller eaters loved the Orecchiette with Sausage and Arugula (okay truthfully - they did pick out the arugula...)

Long a mainstay of Cook's Illustrated and its PBS companion, Christopher Kimball struck out on his own in 2015 and created the powerhouse that is Milk Street - a public television show, cooking school, magazine and radio show, located in the heart of downtown Boston.  His cookbook, Milk Street: Tuesday Nights, is tagged as a "solution for slapdash weeknight meals."  It combines recipes, tips, tricks, and ideas from a variety of cookbook authors chefs, and food writers, all of which were rigorously tested and evaluated by Kimball's notoriously eagle-eyed crew, and then transformed into a series of guaranteed-to-please easy recipes that can be easily pulled together even on the most rushed of weekday evenings.
