The Whole30 Program has you eliminate certain foods entirely from your diet for thirty straight days, working to remove items that are known to cause 'food sensitivities' as a way to clear out and reset your system and get your overall health back on track.  While you are 'on' the Whole30 diet, you don't need to eat organic food, or count calories or weigh or measure your food - simply stick to the rules that they have laid out and do not deviate from them.
