Lynchings on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore: Greater Delmarva

Summary

The Ku Klux Klan was also active outside of the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. In addition to Talbot, Caroline, Kent, and Queen Anne's counties, the organization was also prominently present in Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The Eastern Shore of Virginia was suspected to have had Klan presence in nearly every town of size.
