Reference books are things like encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, or other works that contain facts and background information. They are a good place to start in your research. These could be good tools to help clarify or expand on the keywords you have come up with already. They are often organized alphabetically, so beginning in the index (usually in the back of the book) is a helpful way to find just what you need.
The books below are just a handful of options you could use. Physical reference books have a call number and are housed near the circulation desk on the 1st floor of the GAC.
