Finding Books

Use Worldcat Discovery to find books in the library and beyond. This is similar to our DVD search.

1. Historical: search by title or keyword. World War II history film

2. Open the record. View Description displays chapter titles.

3. For books in the Stacks, use the Call Number Locator Tool.

4. Critical lens: try cinema masculinity

5. Critical analyses: try Within Our Gates Micheaux. For lesser-known titles, you may actually include the word "criticism" alongside of the title.

The call number on any library item is like a home address. You may copy and paste it from the library catalog into the locator web page to see where it lives in the library.
