Study: Gender Pay Gaps in Nonprofits Are Even Greater When There Is Room for Salary Negotiations

Step 1: Write down your topic statement.

A successful topic statement is usually just one sentence. 

How do salary disparities in non-profit businesses occur? Who is most impacted and what can be done?
 

Step 2: Pull out the keywords from your topic statement.

Keywords are the most important ideas found in your topic statement.
