Geographic Information Systems: Tracking Down a Specific Article

Tracking Down a Specific Article

Using the box(es) below fill in as much information about the article you are trying to track down, then hit Find Article.  This will search through every database and e-journal that we own trying to see where we might have full-text electronic access for this article.

  • If no full-text access is possible then you will be shown the option of first checking to see if we have the article in print here in the building.  If this is the case get in touch with me ( and I can get the article, scan it, and send it your way.

    • If we do not have the article in print here in the building, then you will need to request an electronic copy of it be sent your way via InterLibrary Loan.  This is a free service that typically takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks.  You can request as many articles this way as you need - there is no limit!
