Help with journal and conference evaluation

Some new, small or poorly funded legitimate journals may be mistaken for predatory journals because they may lack ISSNs, indexing, impact factor, and other qualities of more established journals.

If you receive an offer from a publisher or a conference organizer about which you are unsure, please consult with Bea Hardy, Dean of Libraries, at bbhardy@salisbury.edu.
